I know it isnt drumg, but i just wanted to acknowledge & commemorate / honor the passing of another human being that most of us have "come to 'know'" thru that elusive vehicle of 'fame.'

Someone who 'had it all,' & then much was taken away.

A real trooper, tough son of a gun. One of but many who tend to often go unnoticed, NOT in 'the limelight.'

He had way more important things to be concerned about than if something swung hard enough, or if it had too many or too little chops, or if it grooved like the next guy...

When i first heard the news, my heart sank. Then I must admit i shed both a tear of sorrow & joy for the man.

Simply, & without getting into the politics, implications, & ramifications of stem cell research & all that...here's to CR.

My sentiments go out to his wife & family.

Today he's up & dancin' in the [img]graemlins/sun.gif[/img] , 'free at last.'

"Say hello to the Man for all of us" on our behalf, OK, broski.

absolutely. i was a HUGE superman fan since i was about 3. have followed his work before and since the tragic accident. i read his two books and also followed his tirelss work to move forward the stem cell research and make life better for people in his position. He was an amazing man with such courage. Inspirational!

Here here Fuse, well said. Like many of us I grew up with the Superman films and was saddened to hear of his passing. He trul was a super man and how fantastic that his campaigning of stem cell research may help others in the future.

he made me want to fly when i was a kid,and when he had that horse-riding accident i thought:"life can be so ironic sometimes"
